| Dr. Who-way to commit, if you follow the plan it will work and you will lose weight and feel better. Just remember you gained all the weight one day at a time, so you will lose it the same way. Good luck-you will do great!!!!! We are all here to support each other. |

| Welcome. Congratulations on reading the book & committing to making it happen. It will. You've got a ton of support and encouragement here with the board. My suggestion is to get active here in challenges, journals, health/life forums and make lots of friends to share the changes you are making in your life-style. It's easier when you have positive support from others. You can do it, we're all here for you! Keep us posted on your progress!!

| Dr Who... welcome to ADBB! You've done a great thing reading the book before starting. It's a huge bonus if you understand the science behind Atkins. You sound as though you're really serious about losing weight, so I'm positive that you'll be successful. Just follow the plan to a "T" and you'll do fine. Post lots and share your journey.
