| It's so nice to have you here Reese, from one Oregonian to another. Yes, it is doable for you to get that much weight off by the end of the year. Stick with it, and reep in the rewards. Jiimmie has a book challenge coming up. We'll be reading DANDR and be doing homework. It's a great way to learn, have fun and do Atkins the right way. Hope you join. The support and motivation is everywhere and you can find just about any challenge to keep you motivated and accountable. yes, 15 to 20 lbs is doable by the end of the year. just drink your water and get in some exercise when you can and the weight will go away. btw, I watched your Ducks Saturday, they may be national champs after NEW YEARS. ttyl, brady

| Welcome aboard Reese! Why not join an exercise challenge, if exercise is not your "forte". You'll find them fun and amazingly motivating. There's also the latest "Read the book" challenge coming up, which is another good one. I'm willing to bet that if you follow the plan to a T your sugar cravings will disappear like magic and you'll lose all those lbs again. Happy Atkineering!
