Good for you. Just a little friendly advice, DOn't over induldge on the cookies. I find that when I set a date to start induction...I eat everything in sight. Good luck and keep us posted. |

hello...i am chris from nj. i lost about 9 pounds in 5 days originally, then yesterday, a wedding to attend....oh no LOL. i gained 2lbs back. not so bad because i truly did partake in that ceremony. well....today i am back to following the diet in strict fashion. good luck to you the rest of the way. oh, i am 5'10" 270lbs.....and i wanna get down to 190lbs......or even less. i would like to run the NYC Marathon in '09. |
