| Welcome Chris!! I have a hard time eating eggs now without gagging I have found egg beaters to be really good - most of the time I have an Atkins Shake for breakfast - quick and the chocolate one really helps with whatever sweet cravings I may have. Good luck to you!!

| Hi Chris! I have a full meal for "breakfast" and save the eggs for a filler and quick snacks. If people on "regular" diets can eat pizza for breakfast, why should a pork chop be out of the question! I do have my own chickens though , so I probably eat more eggs than most |

| Hello there Chris! Nice to have you along for your Atkins ride, which will probably become a lifelong ride. At breakfast, lots of us eat leftover meats, cold cuts, veggies... you can easily avoid eggs if you like. When you move up the OWL (ongoing weight loss) rungs it becomes simpler as you have more food choices to play with, so think about moving to OWL soon after the two week induction. Happy losing!

| Hi Chris! Wasn't that race great! My brother ran it. Yeah! 2009 is is your turn to run it! There is dfinately no rule you need to eat eggs for breakfast. I occasionally eat cheesesticks and veggies for breakfast.
