Hi all!

After reading so many other posts, I dont feel so bad being a lurker hehe. I've mostly hung out in the before and after pictures and success stories forum to keep inspired. And there's no shortage of that in there!

This isn't the first time Ive been around this WOE. I had been going off and on Atkins since March of '06, until this recent time around. I've been on faithfully since July 14th of this year. This is the longest I've gone without quitting, and I'm 40 pounds lighter because of it. I'm glad I tried something different this time by staying with it for longer than a week.

I am so happy with this plan that I have no desire to go back to where I was, or to eat the way I had been. I am thankful for discovering Atkins, as well as a ton of other people just like me! I think you're all wonderful!

Awesome progress! Don't be shy! We don't bite...well, maybe a few bite! Just join right in and be a part of the family. I'm sure that many newbies would like to know what inspired you to stick to it this time. Join some of the challenges to keep motivated.
