| You sound like you will do great! Good luck. My best advice is to look through the amazing recipes online. They somehow find a way to make almost every kind of food you can imagine low carb. My personal favorite at the moment is buffalo chicken strips! Some of the recipes are difficult, but plenty are simple and taste delicious. When you do find something you like, make tons of it so that you can just reheat for like a week. With your busy schedule, you won't be able to stick to it out unless you do some planning and preparation. If all else fails and you are out of the house with nothing to eat, go to your favorite fast food and order a burger or grilled chicken sandwich with no bun (or five |
