| WELCOME. Glad your previous experience was a positive one. Glad to see you join us and get committed to getting healthier and losing weight with us. Since you've had success before, write out what caused you to jump off the WOE before. Once you find out what your pattern is, you can form ways to face obstacles without turning to food. If you plan it out ahead of time, then when issues pop up, you can cope with them without comfort of food. Exercise is the best way to deal with depression (I know cause my life is on constant stress and turmoil). It makes you feel good about yourself and ups the metabolism to get your body burning fat. Jump in, get active here and don't look back. You're gonna love it here - join challenges, make a journal, read and educate and share your thoughts and ideas. Its so much easier doing it with friends than alone. Best wishes!!

| okey so i just experienced my first true test of character. about three hours ago i went for lunch and i bought a nice healthy meal (chicken salad), when i was on the line to pay for it, there was a huge, and i mean HUGE sample tray of pastries (donuts, muffins, danishes, croissants), my mouth watered and i was in a slight daze, but then i thought to myself "is it worth ruining what you have done so far for a 5 minute delight?"..i resisted the sweets! YAY! |

| Hi NYC Cookie! Looks like you're serious about this, passing up on the treats today! Each time you do, you will become stronger and stronger. Make the most of the board, that's the way to remain accountable to your eating. Post often so others can see how you're doing too!

| het right across the hudson and down south a bit here. i live in central nj. we are all excited to have those sincerely motivated people come and be a part of our online community and extended family of support. nice photo....cant wait to see another when you hit your goal weight......you'll be smokin' hot!!
