| Hi, Daina. Welcome. The coffee creamers you are using have sugar in them. Use heavy whipping cream instead. You are allowed 2 tbspns per day of heavy cream. The carb free ice cream is probably not allowed yet. Not during induction. I would also question whether it is carb free. I have not yet seen a truly carb free anything except for meat and pure fat sources. Also, nuts (cashews especially) are not allowed during induction.

| Is that the stuff that comes out of the little square can? If it is...it's made with aspartame, Dr. Atkins advises to avoid aspartame. You can have regular decaffeinated coffee and use heavy whipping cream. You can have up to 3 servings of Splenda/Sucralose or Saccharine per day.

| Hiya Daione and welcome again. Joy gave you good menu advice. You'll find you soon get into it. Read the stickies in the FAQs about what you're allowed to eat in induction, and the stickies in the induction forum. Those will start you off, but I'd strongly advise you get a copy of Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002 edition). Understanding the science behind this way of eating is fundamental to success.
