| yeah.....its very hard to follow this plan if you allow others comments and/or suggestions to enter your mindset. one of my toughest hurdles is my wife LOL......her mom is a very good cook, but i cannot eat a lot of the stuff she prepares. and then so, my wife will say, "this wont hurt you" or "i can't believe you cant have that".........and in some way at times, i think i hurt her feelings when i reject something. well, whatever the case.....this is how its gonna be. i am gonna set down the rules for what types of food i put into my body. no suggestions, no requests, no "aww.....c'mon, just a little." i have put the induction list on the fridge so......and that will be my bible so to speak.
