The good news is that when you follow this plan properly, you will be eating bread again, only it will be 100% whole grain instead of evil white flour! Have you ever used www.fitday.com? it's a great site for logging your food/exercise. it will keep track of your calories and carbs for you. Check it out! Best of luck, you can do this!
