I have been researching a way to lose weight and this is it!! Like a lot of you guys I have been on every diet out there and have finally realized that they don't work in the long run. I bought the book and Atkins is a lifestyle not just a diet. I can do this. I am so excited when I see all the before and after pictures. One day that will be me, a before and after. Everyone is so helpfull with the advice and encouragement.

Look around the other forums and find someplace you feel comfortable. Sign in and write often. AS IN DAILY!!! This truely helps as you are working toward your goal to know no matter how you are feeling or doing.. someone can relate to you.

Thanks everyone. I think the one problem I had all the times before is no support, I don't think that will be a problem here! Always nice to have someone be happy for you and to help when you feel lost.
