| Hi Ceecee, sounds like you are on your way, you know you can do this and do well. However, I would recommend re-reading the book and doing a clean induction. You are going to do great. Good luck.

| Hi and welcome, the only tip I could give you is the first time I did the Atkins I had no meat or any product that had nitrates in them, also always check the sugar count in the product! This is one thing I failed to do. See you around!

| thanks all for the good advice! I've now done four by-the-book days and have lost 5 pounds, so I think it was the drinks that kept me from losing. BTW, are we allowed to eat atkins bars during induction? I have been, though I generally avoid like the plague all kinds of artificial sweeteners... ceecee |

| ceecee I would see "no" to the Atkins bars during Induction. They stall my weight loss. If I need a sweet I use diet jell-o or whipped cream until my 2 weeks is done. The Atkins bars maybe worked in during OWL. Welcome and best wishes, Mark
