There are lots of exercise tips and challenges that you can check out. You'll find lots of information, motivation and warm friendly people here to share your success with. Get active here, read the book, Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution - edition 2002 (if you haven't already) and keep a positive attitude....You'll make your goals in no time. Best wishes!!
