| Welcome back. Glad you've come back and recommitted to the program. You know your excuses, so write them out and make some committments to do other things when you are feeling like that again. Walking, running, exercises, singing, dancing, coming to the ADBB....journaling...whatever will help you stop the destructive behavior and keep your goal in focus. We're here for you!! Best wishes.

| Welcome back! Glad you've decided to re-commit to Atkins. Why not check out the Second Time Around Forum. Lots of terrific people there, all of whom have "lost their way" at least once. Many of them have recommitted and reached goal, with ease. You'll get lots of tips and support there, I'm positive. Hang in there... you can do it!
