| Thank you everybody! You all have great stories and are doing so well. Lori, fortunately I am not finding myself hungry. i do keep tunafish ready to go in the fridge and portioned out ham, turkey, cheese, etc... to make things easily accessable for when a I am hungry so that I don't cheat. I find that to help out a lot. You guys are a great bunch of people.....thanks. How do you guys get the weight loss tickers on your signatures? I wen to the website and created one, but I don't know how to get it with my signature. Thanks, Decrease |

| Hi Decreaseself, TOM stands for Time Of Month, the lovely visitor experienced by women When you get your ticker the way you want it you have to highlight all the information in the box below it and then right click your mouse and select copy. Then, come back here and go to the USER CP and select Edit Signature. Put your mouse cursor in the big white box, right click your mouse again and select paste. That will put your ticker in your signature. Glad to see your IMPRESSIVE results for your first week! I am currently at the end of day #11 on Induction but will not be weighing until Saturday. I am praying for a loss since this WOE is making me feel great and I am so inspired by the many wonderful success stories on here. Hang in there girl!! Pam |
