| Wow this is such a great day, I can honestly say I am not craving sugar!!! I dont even want for it. I had one moment of weakness. My husband had a BBQ and they opened a bag of cool ranch doritos, the chips smelled wonderfully. But I held strong and I felt so proud of myself for not caving. I weigh myself every Friday. I have lost 12.5 lbs so far!!!!!!!!! I do measurements the 1st of every month so I am excited to see the differance. I am faithful about my walking 6 days a week. I have noticed that I am getting cramps in my claves more, I drink around 90 oz of water a day, I streach before my walks. Any ideas on what is going on?? Also do any of you ladies notice a differance in your TOM ?
