| Welcome, its good to see you back. It sounds like you've come back with a great attitude of recommittment and positivity. Write out a PLAN for what you'll do differently this time instead of giving in to the temptations that will pop up in the future. I had to write out substitute foods for the things I thought I'd miss and also keep myself motivated with exercise and positive thoughts when I felt any urges coming on. You can do it, we're all here to share the journey with you! Get active, make friends and keep posting. Best wishes!

| Welcome back Thexproject! Kudos to you for re-starting just before Christmas. You won't have any extra Christmas holiday lbs to lose this way. I hear you on the "just this one time" rationale... it's the kiss of death for a weight loss programme. Think to yourself, when your family/friends say this, that it's "just this one time to make it work". Promise yourself that it really will be "this one time to lose" and you'll hit maintenance before you can say Jack Robinson!! Happy losing and Happy Christmas!
