| Welcome! I agree with Rochelle when said that it is not a diet but a way of life (WOL). The weight will come off if you stick with it. There are tons of people on this board who will help give advice and support. It's hard to do it on your own, but if you find support, you will be able to accomplish anything and everything. Good luck on your journal and keep posting. |

| Hi Boo and welcome along! Yes, it's a way of life, but it's a good one and much easier to follow than low calorie for most people at least. And when questions arise or harder time arrive there is nowhere better than here to turn to for a little support - or even a good kick in the rear! You are starting out lucky cos you found this place right at the start, it'll make all the difference if you use it to the max. Here's to a new you in 2008!
