| Welcome Chris.. You CAN DO This.. the 3rd and 4th day are the hardest.. When I first start Atkins..I make sure I eat very HIGH Fat things.. Yummy Steak...that sort of things..helps so much with the cravings... |

| Well crap, it's the 4th and I failed miserably. Faulty rocket I guess? Nah, just my lack of will power. Dern the holiday homemade candy, Dern the wine at the New Years Party, Dern the fact that I love the white stuff. The breads, the noodles, the taters.....Dern dern dernI am just going to get back up, brush myself off and begin again...so I'll have to change my signature and begin induction all over. I want my failures recorded, so when I do finally get to GW, I will enjoy my merit a bit more. The kids go back to school on the 7th and its harder to do it with them home, because I have to cook for them 3 times instead of just dinner. I end up eating a hotdog or sandwhich if I cook one for them, etc. I seem to do fine when I just prepare the dinner for the family and a separate meal for myself. Especially because hubby is a witness at the dinner table, you know... OK enough with the excuses and the why and the negativity. Must get back up. Must get back on track. Must bring my sexy back. Restarting....I can do this. I know I can, I know I can, I know I can.

| Chris, I'm really glad that you came back despite falling off the wagon. Many others might have just thrown in the towel. Like Sandy said, you'll want to plan some really tasty, satisfying, fatty meals for the first few days especially. If you plan to eat decadent things, you'll be less likely to feel deprived because of those things you can't eat. Steak, shrimp with butter, cheesy, creamy sauces. | Thanks and no I am not giving up. I know this works and I have to keep going no matter what. Yeah, I did stock the frig with good stuff. The holidays stuff around me was top notch too...lol. So I must rid the house and keep only rations of white for the kiddos and hubby. All the success stories are what will keep me going and coming back for more. I want really want a success story of my own. That is my fuel.
