| Welcome to ADBB! water is important, really important, its not really that much, it just sounds like a lot, i have a 1litre bottle, if i drink that twice over, i've met my quota for the day, but i always at least double that!! Good work on joining the gym, most people do that after starting this WOL, remember Atkins is not just a quick fix, its a way of life, as soon as you stop doing, like any other diet, if you go back to your old way of eating you will gain back the weight and most probably plus some more!! Congratulations on the 10 pounds you have lost so far, thats a fantastic start!
