I'll ditto everything the others have said, but add that if you're losing inches, you should be fine. Often we lose inches before lbs. The scale catches up later (unless you're building muscle mass, which weighs heavier than fat, volume for volume). Muscle is good. Inches are a far better indication of the body morphing than the scales. Keep us posted. We're behind you all the way.

| Wow ladies, you were right! After taking your advice I did well with dinner and this morning's bfast. Silly though to weigh myself this morning, but I was DOWN 2 POUNDS! Prob. water from the lite soy sauce...hahaha....but still, listening to those who know what they are doing (you) have helped me so much! And as always, thank you so much for your support...I couldn't wait to log on this morning!! BFAST today...3 eggs and 1 ounce of cheddar LUNCH............4 oz chicken 1 TBSP. Mayo 2 cups salad w/1 TBSP. Blue Cheese dressing (and of course lots of water) SW 166 CW 164 GW 130-140 |
