Hey everyone
Ive been reading through lots of posts, feeling very inspired by a lot of them
Just coming to the end of my first day on the diet, had gone really well. got the atkins book off my mum (she did the diet about 4 years ago and lost over 30lbs! god knows what took me so long to start it!!)
Anyway, I would like to introduce myself, Im Vicki, Im 22 and live in Sheffield UK.
Ive got approx 65lbs to lose by december this year for my brothers wedding (im a bridesmaid) will keep u all posted on my losses

thanks for ur msgs
im on day 2 now, just taking it one day at a time!
have got a dance show at the end of march and am hoping to lose about 20-25lbs for then. just hope thats not too unrealistic :s i can only try my hardest!
