Hello everyone, found this website and thought I would introduce myself.

I started the diet on Sunday, the 13th, seems like everything important in my life ties into the number 13. ( I look at it as my lucky number. )

At any rate, today started my fifth day, and well into the induction process.
Ketosis is going, constipation has started, but I am through the headaches and beginning to feel better about myself already.

I started at 246.2 ( digital scale ) and this morning I weighed in at 238.4 lbs. Not quite eight lbs in 4 days, so I am thinking, hey this works.

Had my omelette and bacon this morning, so feeling pretty strong. I read some of the other entries, and sounds like I am experiencing a lot of the same feelings and issues as everyone else.

I read Sally Sea Change story, and can only say, there is a real success.
I hope everyone stays focused like that, gives us all hope.
