Well I guess Ill start by telling you a little about myself....Im a 26 year old female. I have a DH and a 3 year old daughter and 4 month old son. Im ready to start this WOL for myself and my kids...last summer my excuse for sitting around and not playing outside with the DD was because I was prego so this year Im going to do somthing about my weight because its not fair for the kids. I want to be a fun mom and I want to be here to see them grow. I was on this WOE before and had good results...lost 40 pounds in 3 months and everyone was telling me how good I was looking, then I just went off the plan, so I know it works for me. *hugs* Beth

Wow!! 40 pounds in 3 months great job! You can do this again - you have wonderful reasons for getting into shape and staying healthy. With two little ones you will get plenty of exercise running after them Good luck on your restart!

Welcome. You have the best support group here to cheer you on, and being a fun mom for your kids is a great reason to get healthy and feel good about yourself. Keep posting and make lots of friends. You can do it!
