| Good for you!!! Keep it up, that first week can be tough, but it is great when you start losing your cravings. My husband is doing Atkins too (though he can drink low carb beer and still lose), but it helps with him doing it too. It is a big support and makes cooking much easier. Hawaii is a nice reward! |

| Welcome! Its wonderful you and your fiance are doing this together.... Unfortunately for me my hubby can lose weight at drop of the hat -- so he is no go for Atkins (refuses to give up potatoes & bread). I agree the Hawaii trip is a great reward and you will be soo proud of yourself when you are showing that hula girl skin |
