| Glad you've checked in with us. Congrats on the new computer. Have been through the knee injections a few years ago, so I'm sending you lots of good vibes and hope they do the trick for you. Walking was all I could do in the beginning...but it helped burn the calories -- you might try that if the bike or trainer cause too much pain. Best wishes, check in often and get involved in the site. The motivation here is great for keeping us focused on our life-style changes and making our goals.
