| Hi Frank: I just started this past Monday and I have a good amount of weight to lose too. Isn't Atkins great? Chicken, eggs, hamburger, and veggies? I'm a happy man. It's encouraging to see so many people starting around my time. I hope we can all celebrate our success with Atkins together too.
