| Hi Chills. Welcome. I agree with Bluebelt - everyone is different. We all live different life-styles, have different occupations, and different everything. But I do know that Atkins works the best when you do the program as Dr. Atkins advised. Read the book, drink lots of water, exercise and take your measurements. By August you'll be pleasantly surprised at the progress you make. Jump in here for motivation, get involved in the resources (journals, challenges, health/life forums) make lots of friends and enjoy yourself. Post often and let us cheer you on. You can do it and you'll look great at your friend's wedding!
