| Hey, welcome to the board! The third time can indeed be the charm for you, my dear -- because having done this a couple times now, you're well educated on what you need to do, and what personal pitfalls you'll need to be on the lookout for. As for your exercise, 30 minutes of DDR is a great way to start! I'm a musician and always have music playing in my kitchen, but now I'm being more intentional about dancing through my chores. I've also stumbled onto this guy, who has a 25-minute and 6-minute workout on his web site. Going to have to start doing it since I'd have to lie to the mirror to say I can't find six minutes a day to work out! So, I'm a newbie and may be hitting you up for some of the wisdom you've gained in your experiences, but I'll also do my best to offer you encouragement too! Cheers! PS - gotta watch it on the cheese, lest you glue the 'doors of the factory' shut...

| Hiya and a warm welcome to you! Sorry about hitting the "back" button before sending... it's infuriating when you lose posts like that. Happens to me once in a while when for some reason my internet connection goes wonky just when I press "submit". I try to copy longer messages before sending so I can paste if they disappear.
