| Nice post - sodas were one of the biggest contributors to my weight gain as well. I just love that effervescent sugary goodness - wait, make that badness. Between soda & sweets my waistline didn't have a chance! |

| Great start! What are you doing for excercises? There are some great challenges happening to get those inches off, while you're getting those pounds off. There are squat challenges, ab challenges, mileage challenges, stability ball challenges,,,and many more. Check out the Excercise thread. You're on the right track! |
