Do exercises, drink water, do a clean induction and fill your mind with positive healthy thoughts. You can do it. | I know exactly how you feel! I started back in March and I would be close to goal now had I stuck with it but NOOO, I let little cheats get me and didn't put this adventure (and me) first. I have fibro too and my body is trying to rebel against my exercise (I am mostly swimming) but I just hold up a hand and say "Not listening right now" to the pain. I am lucky though, I was given something to help me sleep and it has made all the difference in the world. |
