| Welcome JustforMe! I'm on Day 12 myself. I felt kinda crappy between days 2 and 5. It'll pass. On day 2, 3, and 4, all I wanted to do was sleep and I had a horrible headache. At least it was a weekend and I was home so that I could crash if I needed to. I'm with you on the overweight mom thing. Good luck on your weight loss journey! It's time to make a change. Stick with it! It'll be worth it in the end! |

| Welcome to the ADBB! As the others have said the headaches will pass. It does get easier. If you follow the plan soon your cravings and appetite will decrease and you'll be feeling great. |

| Hi. Welcome. As the others have said, it does get easier and the headaches will go in a few days. Concentrate on your plan for succeeding. Write out your committments for yourself and plan what you will do to achieve success. You can do it. Get active here with others who are doing it. Join challenges, keep a journal with affirmations and photos or whatever keeps you motivated. Don't look back, just keep on going and put positive actions and thoughts into making it happen. You can do it. We are all here for you!
