Hi Torchwood, Welcome to ADBB  You'vre got some great goals for life and fitness there and I wish you luck with them.Do you get Torchwood in the US? In fact, thinking about it - is it a US show? I thought it was a spinoff of Dr Who, which I've just started watching the first (new) series of.     |

Welcome, Torchwood! Love the name! I haven't seen too many episodes but I love Dr Who so I bet I would like it! It sounds like you have some great determination and I am really impressed! I'm sure having the physical test coming up will be a great motivator!! Good luck to you, keep us posted on how you are doing!
