| I had my blammo moment of reckoning at 296 pounds and started Atkins at 285 pounds. I have lost forever 120 pounds and love this way of eating and living. I feel so much better and have found the cause and cure for my life-long asthma and many digestive problems. It's all good! I can't imagine eating any other way. Welcome! Jump right in and get started. I couldn't have done it without the support of this bb. Sunny!
