| Welcome, Christine! This way of life (WOL) is awesome! It's nice not to have to starve in order to lose weight. There is a ton of info on this site. I found the FAQ section helpful when I first joined. If you're interested you should check out some of the April challenges. They just started yesterday so I'm sure you can still join.
