| Good morning Joe & welcome to ADBB! You've found a place of support, encouragement & knowledge. Do you have a copy of the 2002 version of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution? I you do that is fantastic. I you don't do yourself a favor & get a copy. This is the version that people on the board refer to. Read the book & keep it handy to refer to. Also take your measurements so that you can keep track of the inches you lose. Also take photos for a visual journal of your journey to health!! Ask questions here & post often. Start a journal in the journal chats section. Check out some of the challenges that are going on & join a few. The Century Club has a great challenge starting very soon.
