hi,
i am back at it. did atkins before my wedding lost 20 pounds. now, after two kids (almost 3 years ago) i need to lose at least 30 pounds.

started last week (monday). Didn't have a scale until this tuesday. Lost 2 pounds from tuesday to today. Not bad, i guess.

I will be posting alot and using this board as incentive.
