As you can tell I'm new to the boards. I'm glad I found a very active board that I can associate with. I'll tell you a little about myself.

I'm 23 years old (male). My highest weight total was 355 last spring. I started atkins in April of 2007 and from April to August I lost 55 lbs. I went off the diet untill January 1st of this year. I've been strong ever since. I'm currently at 278 and looking to get down to 200-210. That's just my realistic goal, I would love to get even lower.

I plan to get some pictures up soon.

We definately are active, and this board has been the single reason that I can stay true to this way of eating. I know ADBB will be wonderful to you too! =]

Congrats on your losses so far, you are doing an amazing job. You might not know this but you're going to inspire a lot of people to try this just by the post you just wrote. This way of life truly does work..and you're proof of that!!
