| I had tried atkins once in the past and had lost a few pounds the first week but the second week I actually had gained a pound or two. When I got into investigating the things I was eating I realized that some had hidden carbs which are very sneaky. Do some investigating of your own, maybe that's the problem. And don't worry, you'll get it together and will be looking awsome in no time. Stay positive. That's the trick! |

| Post a menu, a lot of people think they are doing a clean induction and really aren't. The people here are often great at trouble shooting menus. Another thing you might check besides water is your... um... poop. If you aren't going #2 you may be losing but have all the weight backed up in your colon! plus if you can't eliminate waste you won't burn food efficiently either.
