| Great to see you here. Glad you prepared yourself. There's plenty that you'll be able eat that will satisfy you, as you kick the hi-carb lifestyle to the curb. There is so much information to be found on these boards. I agree, the greatest kudos need to be given to those who've met their goals but keep coming back here to help the rest of us. Take the time to look up a few tried and true easy recipes. Be careful to make sure all the ingredients are "induction-friendly." Welcome to the family. You'll find so much experience and support on these boards.
