Hey ya'll...Ok I love my carbs so I figure that's why I've gained so much weight! I'm getting married next year so I need to start ASAP! I have taken diet pills in the past and have lost about 40lbs. But unfortuntaely I've gained about half of it back. I know Atkin's work! I have friends and family that have done this and lost weight. I need all the support I can get! As well as encouragement!

Ok I'm on day 3 and doing good. When I loose 10lbs I will start with the before and after pictures
