| Welcome. You're doing a great job. Congratulations. As for the cravings, we all get different cravings from time to time...the important thing is to find a replacement for times when you start craving things that aren't on your plan. Exercise, drinking water, taking a walk or coming here for support will help you change your thoughts into positive actions. I always called it the 'negative side of my mind' trying to convince me to go off plan. If you immediately start doing something positive at times like this - it will help you stay committed and create healthy habits.

| Welcome, Taddy ! We're glad you joined! I agree with dreamof145 (even though I don't always do it). The best thing to do when you have cravings for something is to do something other than eat. On the other hand, I've also heard someone suggest that if you're craving something sweet, eat something sour like a pickle. So you could try to eat something 'legal' that's the opposite of peanut butter. On the nut rung during OWL you'll be able to add-in sugar-free peanut butter. |
