| Hi and welcome to . I just started about a week ago and have lost 8 pounds already. It really does work. What is even better, at least for me, is that before this diet I was always hungry...and now I have to almost force myself to eat everyday...so that I get the correct amount of calories. If you stick to under 20 net Carbs a day and make sure you are eating enough fat (I know that sounds crazy...but it's true) you should not feel hungry after a few days...definitely after the first two weeks...
