Hello,
I'm *Red2104* the name comes from my rather vibrant hair. I'm a thoroughly unnatural redhead.

I live in Wales in the UK.

I did Atkins several years ago and lost 55lbs, but sadly fell ill and have put most of it back on again.

I have a big Wedding to attend in July, so would like to lose some weight before then, and want to be in a size 18 for my 40th which is April 09.

I am shy, and will need encouragement if that's OK.

Welcome! I love meeting new people especially if they are international! I spent about 5 months in Europe a few years back and the one thing I wish I could have done but didn't have the time to was visit Wales (and Scotland)...sad. Oh well.
