| Welcome Chrissy! Sounds like you are doing well in this way of eating/living~~~WOE/WOL! What you are describing is in fact a part of ketosis!!! Very important to remind yourself to eat though. | Welcome Chrissy. I also am not craving carbs at all. I make lunches for the kids with whole wheat bread, and for dinners, potatoes, rice and noodles and other side dishes and I haven't had an inkling to have any of their food. |
