| Hi there Welcome to ADBB. I'm glad you found us.Wow, good for you for using Fitday! I resisted it for a long time when I re-started last year, but finally bit the bullet and started using it. I think that it has really helped me to keep an eye on things. Do you have yours set up to count fiber for you, so you will know what your net carbs are? If you have any questions about Fitday (or anything!), just give a shout and someone will be happy to help. Thanks for providing your stats, like age, height, weight... that will help us, help you, if you ever need anything. And, it's fun to update your current weight as it goes lower. | Thanks for your reply mitzimarie! I have my fitday all set up but i didnt have the fiber count added i will defintly do that. Your starting weight is fairly close to mine so thats exciting to see, gives me great hope for my future. Thanks so much! |

| Welcome Arianna! I just completed Induction with the aid, not only of this Forum, but using Fitday. What I like about it is that it breaksdown foods to proteins, fats, carbohydrates, in addition to what Mitzi stated, so at the end of the day it totals % of each food group eatten. This keeps me in check and knowing that foods are balanced. Good luck on your journey!!!! Robin
