Hello everybody!

I'm Hanna, 22, from Switzerland

I've recently been on a (very) low calories diet for a little more then a month, doing cardio and Pilates but was once again very disappointed by the lack or results so well I've been searching desperately for something that could help me. All your "before and after" pictures inspired me so much!! So a big thanks to you all that posted your stories convincing me give Atkins a try, I'm so happy to have found this board!
I'm now positive about losing those extra 15 kg (33 lb) that I've gained after being two years on medication without doing any exercise at all.

Hi Hanna! I understand about the medication weight gain! I was maintaining my weight until I started taking some medication and then I started packing on the pounds. I'd forgotten why I gained so much weight...thanks for helping me remember!

I'm sure you will have better results on Atkins. Keep us posted!
