Little late introducing but here I am!

Hi!
I did Atkins for about 3 years back in the late 90's. Lost about 45 pounds back then then stalled pretty bad, but maintained the stalled weight while on Atkins for a long time. Went off due to husbands health problems (not a good excuse) and regained all that weight with major interest. Came back briefly about 3 years ago but never really got going again. I restarted on April 18th, lost 4 punds on low cal pre-Atkinsand have lost 10 pounds so far on induction. I plan to stick it out this time and am adding a jazzercise program which I did not do before so hopefully I won't stall.
