I used to post on this board about two years ago. I had lost about 35lbs at the time. But unfortunately I wound up gaining the weight back because of all the same excuses I always use (Work, Stress, Family trouble, etc).

Yesterday I weighed myself and cried when I realized I had gained every single pound back.

My life is finally back on track in the best way possible. I've been promoted, I have a fabulous boyfriend (he's told all my friends that he's proposing on our trip to New York in October) and my family is great. I want to be healthy in my future life. And on a purely selfish reason, I don't want to look fat in our engagement pictures and on our wedding day.

So I stepped off the scale, looked at myself in the mirror and made a vow to myself. To get healthy and gorgeous. And the only way I know how to do that is by doing Atkins.

So here I am. Ready to get back on track and use all of you and your gorgeous pictures as inspiration...I can't wait to post with you and share in all of our successes.
