| Practical. It is very doable I would say. That means you have almost 5 months and an average of approximately 12 lbs per month. You will see after the 3rd day how easy tis diet really is. Your goal I would say is more than doable. You'll be ready in plenty of time. Stay focused. Keep us posted. God Bless, Joe |

| Hi and welcome! Nice to have you join us here. It's hard to predict anyone's weight loss in a particular time frame. We are all so very different and there are so many things that affect rate of loss: current weight level, gender, activity level, medications, food sensitivities.... If you stick to the plan you'll be moving in the right direction for sure, and to focus on direction rather than speed is really the best thing you can do. Hang in there; follow the programme to a T; add exercise, and there's every reason to believe you'll hit your goal or come very close!

| This is also my first time on Adkins and in one week I have lost 7 lbs. It's hard but just keep thinking to yourself you want to lose the weight more than eatting that piece of cake or eatting something else you're not supposed to. |
